Forms of realization of patriotic education in the field of youth policy (forexample, city of Novosibirsk)
This article discusses the basic forms of realization of patriotic education in the field of youth policy of the city of Novosibirsk. The authors refer to the problems of value orientation in this field on the basis of existing mechanisms for the implementation of patriotic education of youth as one of the Priotative directions of the youth policy of Novosibirsk. The article analyzes the problem of solidity of Russian education. The author notes that this is a problem of balance of overall orientation or the aims of education: 1.balans of focus on the development of broadly and deeply educated person with a solid comprehensive fundamental outlook or on the development of professionalism in a narrow specialized field; 2.balans of pedagogical and educational (training) purposes of the pedagogical process; 3. balans natural science and the humanities in the content of education.
Defundamentalization of education is seen as the destruction of the constructive organization of interaction of education with other social systems and institutions, leading to the degradation of the education system, society and the individual.
Defundamentalization of modern Russian education has four main symptoms: 1.devalvation of social status of education in the modern Russian society, 2.dezintegration of education and basic economic, social and cultural institutions of the modern Russian society, 3.destruktion of the education system, 4. destructive deconstruction of the pedagogical process. At the article of the agrarian reform to abolish the serf law in Russia, is interpreted as a cultural-innovation process. In addition, it draws attention to the fact that organizational innovations that contributed to the dynamics of the reform process, at each stage were associated with basic traditions of Russian society. And it provided the implementation of reform as a cultural form: was achieved legitimacy and social compromise.
