The article is devoted to the analysis of Christian anthropology. Methodology of this article is based on an objective scientific point of Christianity as the spiritual, socio-cultural phenomenon, and on the reconstruction of the specifics of Christian anthropology.
The authors consider the following structural components of the Islamic and Christian anthropology: 1.conception of God 2.nature of man, 3.relations of God and a man, or status of the person, 4.sense of human life, serving to God (regulation of human behavior).
The article proves that the Christian anthropology is humanistic and may be one of the important pillars of approval in the Russian society of true humanism by adapting religious humanism to modern reality. SOCIAL AND POLITICAL SCIENCIES UDC 329.78

MYSTERY OF DEMOCRACY: illusory RULE OF THE PEOPLE
The article analyzes the form and essence of democracy as a form of organization of the political system of society. The author examines the main features of democracy: 1.the foundation of legitimacy of power, 2. method of forming power, 3. arrangement of democracy, 4. essence of power.
In assessing the nature of democracy it is compared apologetic self-criticism and radical criticism of democracy. The author comes to the conclusion that democracy - is illusory power of the people, or its formal visibility, the ideological and legal camouflage of the real power of the oligarchy and alienation power from the people. Democracy in the unity of content and form is the actual dictatorship of the ruling minority, which is represented as the illusory form of people's power, the power of the majority. Democracy is the illusion of power of the people. A positive alternative to democracy can be a genuine democracy based on social ownership of the means of production, social equality and justice.
THE FORMATION OF THE IMAGE OF THE POLITICAL ELITE IN MODERN RUSSIA, IN THE CONCEPT OF LEADERSHIP-AN EXCELLENT POSITIONING
The article discusses the political technologies of image formation of the government in modern Russia in the context of a leadership-elite positioning. In addition, the article discusses some factors affecting the image of the political elite in the minds of citizens.
As evidenced by the empirical data in relation to the public authorities are dominated the negative emotions of citizens who have experience in dealing with government officials, which have an impact on the emerging in the public mind the image of the public service. Through interaction with the population of civil servants appear inherent to representatives of public authorities indifference, the desire to quickly end the conversation when communicating with visitors and other negative traits. Representatives of the civil service and citizens who are not officials, now converge only in the evaluation of the emerging image of the civil service, which, in their view, clearly in need of improvement. THE PROBLEM OF EMPLOYMENT OF GRADUATES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS ON THE EXAMPLE OF DON STATE AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY
An Important indicator of efficiency of activity of higher educational institution is the demand for its graduates in the labour market. After graduation many of them face the problem of employment. This problem is caused by such factors as lack of experience and seniority; lack of state allocation of graduates; the lack of available jobs.
Graduates of don state agrarian University in constant demand on the labor market of the region. The proportion of employed graduates in 2015 amounted to 61.7% of the total number of graduates.
More than half of the graduates of don state agrarian University employed: to 72.4 % in 2013, 75.6 per cent in 2014, 61.7 percent in 2015, the Vast majority of the employed were in demand on farms: 96,1 % in 2013, 96.2 percent in 2014 and 95.9 % in 2016, which underscores the University's importance to the agrarian economy.
Employment of graduates is one of the main activities of the University. On the basis of the service of assistance to employment of University graduates in 2014 was formed by the centre's professional development, the purpose of which is to create a system of interaction between the University and potential employer.To achieve this goal, the center's professional development and conducts its work in several directions.
First, render all possible assistance to graduates in finding employment. Second, working with graduates of previous years, which allows to increase the social significance of the University, to strengthen ties between the University and representatives of business, authorities. Third, the center's professional development and interacts with organizations concerned with employment issues. Fourth, periodically conducts exhibitions, seminars, meetings to discuss actual problems of employment.
